Within one business day, you will receive a personalized email outlining plan options, a recommended starting menu, and the next available delivery dates for your neighborhood.
You will be able to confirm or edit your selections before anything is billed. If you have questions along the way, simply reply to your onboarding email and a real person will help you fine-tune your setup.
Most new members complete onboarding and schedule their first FreshBox within 10–15 minutes. From there, your weekly meals run quietly in the background so you can focus on everything else.
